Donald Wayne Belcher

Donald Wayne Belcher, 86, passed away on Sunday, August 10, 2025. He was born on October 4, 1938, in Franklin County, Virginia, to the late James Wilson Belcher, Sr. and Ora Parcell Belcher. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Roxie Ann Mills Belcher; daughter, Donna Kay Belcher; sister, Ruth Davidson; and brother, Lynwood Belcher.

Donald worked at Tultex as a Supervisor, for 34 years, until his retirement. He was a member and faithfully attended Snow Creek Christian Church.

Donald is survived by his brother, Jimmy Belcher (Carol); special niece, Susan Gardner (Bobby); and a host of other nieces, nephews, and cousins.

There will be a public viewing, without family presence, at Norris Funeral Services in Martinsville, on Thursday, August 14, 2025, from 1:30 pm – 4:30 pm. A Graveside service will be held on Friday, August 15, 2025, at 11:00 AM, at Roselawn Burial Park, with Minister Scott Oliver officiating.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to Lisa Ferguson, Mountain Valley Hospice, and Martinsville Health and Rehab for their compassionate care.
