Dorothy R. Jarrell

Ms. Dorothy R Jarrell has lost her fight with declining health issues and went to be with our Heavenly Father on Saturday November 9th, 2024.

Dorothy, better known as "Dot" to her friends, and "Nana" or "Aunt Dot" to her closest family members. She was born on November 19th, 1938 in Bachelors Hall, VA. Dorothy was the daughter of Mr. Daniel Robertson father, and Mrs. Gladys Hyler both from Bachelor's Hall, VA. Dorothy had one sister Ms. Carolyn Grubb of Danville, and one brother Mr. Hubert Robertson of Greensboro NC.

Dorothy had one son Mr. Christopher Jarrell of Punta Gorda, FL. One beloved daughter in law Mrs. Karina Jarrell, and three beautiful granddaughters: Shary Batista, Stephanie Batista, and Christina Jarrell. Dorothy also had one beloved niece Ms. Starlette Grubb of Wilmington, NC.

Dorothy worked for Dan River Inc. for more than 40 years of her life and established many friends along her journey through life. She was known to always help others even when she needed help herself.

Dorothy will be truly missed in so many ways!!!!!!
