Douglas E. Huffman, 86, of Roanoke passed away on December 25, 2024.
A native of Virginia he was the husband of the late Ann Laura Huffman and the son of George W. Huffman and Sadie Pauline Crawford Huffman, both deceased. He was a veteran of the United States Army. Douglas worked for Russell Transfer and then later Lawrence Transfer until 2015. He enjoyed doing yard work until recently when he was no longer able to.
Those left to cherish his memory are his brother in law, Bruce Leuthold; and eleven nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held in Sherwood Memorial Park on Tuesday, December 31, 2024 at 1:00 pm.
