Drema Altizer Austin

Drema Altizer Austin, 70, passed away on Wednesday, September 18, 2024. She was born July 28, 1954, to the late Robert E. Lee Altizer and Erie Ethel McKinney Altizer. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brothers, Alfred Altizer, Danny Altizer, Mickey Altizer, and Jimmy Altizer, and stepson, Harold Austin.

Drema is survived by her husband, Larry Austin; son, Christopher Young (Emily); grandchildren, Riley Young, Gavin Young, and Shane Young (Jasmine); sisters, Rela Hankins (Kenneth) and Monette Boyd; and brother, Darrel Altizer.

The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, September 23, 2024, Norris Funeral Services, Martinsville Chapel with Pastor Brandon Hay officiating. A visitation will be held one hour prior. Burial will follow the service at Franklin Memorial Park Cemetery.
