Eldon Lee Adkins

Mr. Eldon Lee Adkins, age 74, of Pilot Mountain entered into eternal rest on Sunday, April 12, 2026, at his residence surrounded by . Mr. Adkins was born on July 15, 1951, in Kentucky to the late Elmer and Opal Farley Adkins. Eldon was a loving husband, father, stepfather, grandfather, brother, and friend. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. Surviving is his wife, Patricia Mills Adkins, two sons, David Adkins, Jason Adkins; two stepsons, Bryon McGraw, Michael McGraw; John Robert McGraw and several other grandsons; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Edsel Adkins and Gloria, Eldridge Adkins and Terri; along with several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Elmer Adkins. A memorial service will be held at Tru-Way Baptist Church in Pilot Mountain with Pastor David Keaton officiating, the date nd time is forthcoming. No formal visitation will be held at this time. Moody Funeral Services in Mount Airy has been entrusted with the arrangements.
