Elizabeth Marie Sartin Roberts

Elizabeth Marie Sartin Roberts, 89, of Pearisburg, VA, went to be with the Lord on Friday, November 21, 2025. Marie was born on June 20, 1936, in Eggleston, VA and was a daughter of the late James Hugh Sartin and Gertie Mae Vaught Sartin. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Darrell Leaton Roberts, 1 sister, Fleeda Hutchinson and her husband, Layman Hutchinson, 3 brothers, James Sartin and his wife, Shelly, Carol Sartin and his wife, Gladys and Marvin Sartin and his wife, Glenna.Marie was a retired employee of VA Tech and was a member of the First Christian Church in Pearisburg. She loved watching VA Tech Football, growing flowers around her house, and helping out friends and neighbors.She is survived by her son, Billy Roberts (Sheryl) Pearisburg, 2 sisters, Janice Tracy of Roanoke and Evelyn Evans (Eugene) of Narrows and numerous nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at 1pm at the First Christian Church in Pearisburg with Pastor ___________ officiating with burial following in the Birchlawn Burial Park in Pearisburg.
