Elizabeth "Nancy" Rhodes Stultz

Elizabeth Rhodes “Nancy” Stultz, 98, of Fieldale, VA passed away on Saturday, November 4, 2023, at her residence. She was born in Baltimore, MD on May 16, 1925, to Cullum and Marie Rhodes. She was preceded in death by her husband, James D. Stultz, son, Robert, and grandson, Brian Blair.

For many years Nancy was an active member of the water aerobics program at the Martinsville YMCA. There she met many wonderful friends who brought her much happiness and joy. On warm summer days, Nancy could be found sitting at her picnic shelter enjoying cookouts with the company of good friends and neighbors.

Nancy is survived by her son, James Stultz (Cynthia) of Charlottesville, and daughter, Patricia Blair (Marvon) of Fieldale.

A graveside service will be held on 11 a.m. on Tuesday, November 7, 2023, at Roselawn Burial Park with Chaplain Andrew Purcell of Mountain Valley Hospice officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Fieldale Community Center,70 Marshall Way, Fieldale, VA 24089.
