Evelyn Wilhelm Burger Dunbar

Evelyn Wilhelm Burger Dunbar, 86, of Fincastle, passed away on Saturday, November 16, 2024. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ashby Godwin Burger and Katie Lee Wilhelm Burger; husband, John G. Dunbar; brother-in-law, Buddy Dunbar; and sister-in-law, Bonnie Dunbar.

Evelyn is survived by her sons, Steve and Greg Dunbar; granddaughters, Ashley Dunbar and Brittany (Seth) Duncan; grandson, Kyler Dunbar; and great grandchildren, Tucker and Makenna Duncan.

Evelyn retired from working at Botetourt Intermediate and Eagle Rock Elementary School cafeterias. After retiring, she made crafts and went to craft shows with her husband to sell them.
