Frances "Jackie" Faye Jarrett Webb

Frances “Jackie” Faye Jarrett Webb, 84, of Radford, passed away on Sunday, April 27, 2025. She was preceded in death by her parents, Elmo Dewey and Edna Munsey Jarrett; her beloved husband, William Glenn Webb; brother, Jim Jarrett; and sisters, Nancy Waddell, Patsy Meade and JoAnn Jarrett.

Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law, Torri Webb (Kerissa), and William Shawn Webb (Wendy); grandchildren, Noah, Carson, Dylan, Chandler, Kayla, Megan and Madison; great-granddaughter, Raelynn; and many other family members and special friends.

The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford. Funeral services will begin at 2 p.m. with Pastor William Ratcliffe officiating. Entombment will follow in the Highland Memory Gardens Mausoleum.
