Geraldine Dillon Sigmon

Geraldine Dillon Sigmon, age 94 of Rocky Mount passed away Sunday, August 16, 2026. She was born February 3, 1932, a daughter of the late Ben and Clora Dillon. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Hampton Sigmon; siblings, Dalton Dillon, Willie Dillon, Russell Dillon, Mac Dillon, Fulton Dillon, Roosevelt Dillon, Myrtle Altice, Liz Harrison, Lena Fralin, Clora Bates, Frances Landrum and Shirley Hale. Surviving are her daughter, Sabrina Whelby (Joe); grandson, Nathan Hoback (Leah), great-grandson, Ben Hoback; many nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held at Mountain View Memorial Park, 11:30 a.m. Friday, August 21, 2026. Her family will receive friends 10-11 a.m. prior to the service at Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
