Glenwood Davis Reynolds

Glenwood Davis Reynolds, 91, passed away peacefully on November , 2025, after several years of declining health. Glenwood was born on September 9, 1934 in Danville, VA to the late Mrs. Carrie Barbour Ferrell and his late Step Father, Henry K. Ferrell. He was also predeceased by his loving wife of many years, Mrs. Dorothy Taylor Reynolds.

Glenwood was of the Christian Faith. He worked for many years in Quality Control at Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company. He had a special love for his God and all his family.

Glenwood is survived by three daughters; Angie, Lisa, and Pam Reynolds all of Danville, VA; a brother; Reggie Ferrell and wife Sandra of Danville, VA; a granddaughter; Wendy Shaw (Jim); and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his Mother and loving wife, Glenwood was predeceased by a brother; Luke Reynolds and a Sister; Barbara Hunt.

A Funeral Service for Mrs. Dorothy Reynolds and her husband, Mr. Glenwood Davis Reynolds will be held on Friday, November 21, 2025 at 12:30pm at Norris Mt. Hermon Chapel, Danville, VA, with Pastor Myron Bruce and Pastor Kyle Preskitt officiating. Interment will follow at Highland Burial Park, Danville, VA.
