Gretchen Schneider Gordon

Gretchen Schneider Gordon, 77, entered into her heavenly home on June 23, 2023. She was born in Michigan on October 1, 1945 to the late Alvina Blanche Hengemuehle Schneider and the late Harold Francis Schneider.

Gretchen was of the Catholic Faith, and worked for many years in the Printing Industry as a Customer Service Representative.

Gretchen is survived by a daughter; Analisa Gordon (Harold Leigh Moore Jr.) of Danville, VA; two sisters; Karen Brown of Grand Prairie, TX and Kathleen Carter of Jacksonville, FL; two brothers; Lynn Schneider of Georgetown, TX and Richard Schneider of Wasilla, AK; and her special cat Tippy.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a brother; Robert “Bob” Schneider and her other special cats; Miss Kitty, Tazzy, and Dolly.

The family request that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to Pittsylvania Pet Center, 11880 US-29, Chatham, VA 24531.

No formal service is planned at this time.
