Harvey Edward Sellers

Harvey Edward Sellers, Sr., 90, of Amherst passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 21, 2026. He was the son of the late Ralph Patrick Sellers, Sr. and Christine Wink Sellers.

Born May 25, 1936, was known for his dedication to his family, his proud military service and his commitment to the local Masonic Lodge. In his down time, he loved to go fly fishing with his family and enjoy every moment he could with those he loved. He will truly be missed.

In addition to his parents, Harvey was preceded in passing by his loving wife Patricia Ann Knight Sellers; his daughter Cynthia Gallier and his brother Robert Sellers.

Those left to cherish Harvey’s memory include his children Harvey E. Sellers, Jr. and his wife Angela; Brenda Thacker and her husband Eddie, Jeffery R. Sellers and his wife Jenna; his brother Ralph Patrick Sellers; his 10 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.

There will be a memorial service for Harvey on Saturday, October 24, 2026, at 2pm at Whitten Monelison Chapel officiated by Pastor Frank Gooch.
