Heather Dalton Cooke

Heather Marie Dalton Cooke, 45, of Ridgeway, Virginia, passed away Friday, October 20, 2023. She was born June 3, 1978, in Martinsville, to the late William Eugene Dalton and Pamela Donna Frazier Dalton.She was of the Christian Faith, was very artistic and loved drawing. She was a beautiful person with a heart of gold. If you were in a bad mood, she could change that. She was a dedicated caregiver for more than 10 years; and cared more about everyone else than herself. Most importantly, Heather treasured the time spent with family and friends.Heather is survived by her loving husband, Kenneth Wayne Cooke; sons, Arnold “Trey” Williams (Brandy) and Kenneth “K.J.” Cooke, Jr.; brothers, William “Bill” Dalton and Dwayne Dalton; sister-in-law; Donna Cooke Daniels, brothers-in-law, Sammy Cooke, Andre Cooke, and Antwan Martin; and nieces, Brittany, Whitney, Crystal, and Brooke.The Memorial service will be held Saturday, November 4, 2023, at 1:00 PM at Zion Hill Church, 25 B Street, Carver Road, Martinsville.Wright Funeral Service and Crematory is serving the family.
