Henry Wallace Lester

Henry Wallace Lester, 95, of Roanoke and formerly of Grundy, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 3, 2026. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Lou Lester.
Henry is survived by his daughters, Linda Delprino and Susan Gaylor; grandchildren, Amanda Gaylor Cole (Dustin), Allyson Rogers (Alex), and Andrew Delprino; and great grandchildren, Easton Cole, Elliot Rogers, and Hazel Rogers; and several nieces and nephews.
Henry served courageously in the United States Air Force. He loved life and talking to people.
There will be no services per Henry’s wishes.
