Herman "Weasel" Breeding
Herman Douglas Breeding “Weasel”, born May 23, 1957 departed earth September 15, 2024 in the company of his loving family at his home in Narrows Virginia.
A very likable guy who enjoyed every minute of his life. From coaching Pembroke Spartans football or the Little League Mets baseball teams. A retiree of Moog components group in Blacksburg, Virginia, where he loved is Work family. Weasel always enjoyed riding back roads looking at the wildlife. Making pit stops for some snacking on some Reeses cups, and some cold beverages. In his spare time he enjoyed sitting on the couch watching John Wayne or reading Louis L'Amour books. His greatest love was his family.
Preceded in death was his parents, John and Thelma Breeding of Hoges Chapel, Virginia. Still born siblings of three boys and one girl. Brother Allen Breeding, two sister in laws Melissa Perdue Breeding and Roechelle Porterfield Breeding. Father and mother-in-laws James William Perdue Sr and Flora Perdue.
Left to cherish his loving memory is his devoted wife of 40 years Theresa Perdue Breeding, son David Conley, daughter Stephanie Conley and Benny, his Beloved precious granddaughter Harley Conley , grandson in law Donald Jewell. His remaining siblings Dale Breeding, wife Betty, Wendell Breeding, wife Kristie , Jeffery Breeding, wife Cheryl, and Michael Breeding. Brother in law James William Perdue Jr. and sister-in-law, Michelle Kinder and husband Keith. Numerous nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and nephews. With a host of extended family and friends.
Per Weasel’s wishes, his body was donated to science with Restore Life USA. The family would like to thank all the medical staff of Lewis Gale and Carilion hospitals, Carilion hospice, and Heritage Hall Rich Creek rehabilitation. As well as Kendall funeral home.
