Hilda Marie Priddy

Hilda Marie Priddy, age 93 of Bassett, Virginia gained her heavenly wings on Saturday, August 29, 2026 at her residence after a decline in health.

Hilda was born on August 5, 1933 in Henry County, Virginia to Russell Bradner and Mattie Meeks Bradner. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a sister, Virginia Purdy and a brother, Larry Bradner. She was a nurse most of her life and retired from the Virginia Department of Health. She was of the Christian faith.

Mrs. Priddy is survived by her children, Kim P. Spivey (Ed), Gina P. Wampler (George) and Gary W. Priddy, 5 grandchildren, Wesley B. Spivey, Kimberly T. Spivey, Richard L. Spivey, Hunter Wampler, Mindy Priddy and 5 great grandchildren.

A Graveside Service will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, September 2, 2026 in Roselawn Burial Park.
