Jackie Lee Wills

Jackie Lee Wills, 72, of Roanoke, passed away on Saturday, November 15th, 2025, peacefully in the hospital. He was born on July 19, 1953, in Roanoke to his now-deceased parents, Lena and Jack Wills. Jackie served as a Marine for the US Military until 1977, and later became a car mechanic. He also enjoyed fishing and drag racing. He was preceded in death by his wife Diane “Dee” Wills; his mother and father, Lena and Jasper "Jack" Wills; his brother Richard; his sister Laura; his brother Jimmy; son-in-law Chris MacLeish, and stepsons Chris and Matt Barber. He is survived by his daughters, Angela MacLeish (Chris MacLeish) and Misty McNeil (Kenny McNeil); stepdaughter, Leann; daughter-like niece, Nicole Womack; grandchildren, Madison MacLeish and Jake MacLeish, Jermaine Johnson, Jihad McNeil, Hailey McNeil, and LeeAnn McNeil. He is also survived by his siblings Ethel Simmons, Danny Wills, Kenny Wills, Ronnie Wills, Cathy Wydner, and brother-like-nephew, Mike Donald, and lifelong special friends Donna Marsh and Tommy Pacetti. Also surviving are many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, and special friends.

The family will hold a celebration of life at 2:30pm on Saturday, December 13th, 2025. Food will be provided after the service. All donations go directly to the church.
