James "Jim" Henry Willie

James “Jim” Henry Willie, 76, of Roanoke, joined his creator, Monday, September 16, 2024. He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, one sister, son-in-law, and mother-in-law.

Jim is survived by his wife of 18 years Erica Aunario-Willie; children, Michele Scott (Sheila), Samantha Willie; grandchildren, Alexis Bennett (Jed), Skyler Willie; great-grandsons, Bradley & Cole; 4-legged Son, Ajae; brothers, Tommy Willie and Calvin Willie; sister, Judy Kelly; as well as numerous family and friends both here and in the Philippines.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Jim’s name to the Muscular Dystrophy Association.

Services will be held Saturday, September 21, 2024 at 3 p.m. at Simpson Funeral Home Peters Creek Road Chapel. Arrangements by Simpson Funeral Home (540)366-0707.
