Jennifer Lynette Hiatt

Ms. Jennifer Lynette Hiatt, age 47 of Mount Airy passed away on Monday, February 27, 2023, at the Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home. Ms. Hiatt was born on January 14, 1976, in Surry County to Billy Ray and Judy Quesinberry Hiatt. Jennifer (aka Jenn., Nene, Nubby) had a big heart and was always wanting to help those that had less than her. She loved her plants, her dogs, her friends, and her family. She is at peace now, with no more pain, suffering, or dealing with the challenges in her life. Jennifer has always been a fighter and fought a good fight all the way to the end. She is survived by her sons, Dylan Hiatt and fiancé Emilee Davis, Tyler Jones; two grandchildren, Aiden Quesenberry, Emory Hiatt; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Kristy Moser and Brian, Lisa Whisenhunt and Wayne; her special friend, Vicky Allen; several nieces and nephews; and her fur babies, Poppy and Russell. Ms. Hiatt was preceded in death by her father, Billy Ray Hiatt; and a nephew, Taylor Welch. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Moody Funeral Services in Mount Airy has been entrusted with the arrangements.
