Jennifer Marie Stokes

Jennifer Marie Stokes, 61, of Greensboro, North Carolina, passed away Friday, March 15, 2024. She was born May 5, 1962, in Henry County, Virginia, to the late William Mack Stokes and Bertha Byrd Lee Hairston Stokes.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sister, Pamela Stokes; and nephew, Issac Stokes.

She was a member of Greater Love Ministries and was a dedicated employee at the Workforce Development-Guildford Works as an administrator for over 30 years.

She is survived by daughter, Catrina Harvey; sons, Keith Harvey (Crystal), and William Angelo Bentley; sisters, Sheila Hagwood (William), Rita Lawrence (Tony), Lisa Street (Don), Yvette Hairston (Rodney); brothers, William Timothy Stokes, James Errick Stokes (Tammy), Dwight Stokes (Marie), Darwin Stokes, and Glenn Stokes (Alysa); and two grandchildren, Jaisen Small and Callie Small.

The funeral will be Saturday, March 23, 2024, at 11:30 AM at the Pentecostal Assembly Building at 980 Carver Road Martinsville, Virginia 24112, with Pastor Avery Preston officiating. Visitation will be thirty minutes prior.
