Her faith was an important part of who she was, and she joyfully shared her beautiful voice as a member of the choir at Pleasant View Baptist Church. She taught Sunday School at Mountain View Baptist for 30 years.
Left to cherish Joan's memory is her loving husband of 50 years, Chester S. Turner; her two sons, John D. Stultz (Vikeesa) and Smith A. Turner (Jackie); her six grandchildren, Julie Turner, Elena Turner, Ryan Harding, Megan Stultz Grimes (Ryan), Sarah Faith Stultz (Jason), and Olivia Grace Stultz (Noah); her great-grandchildren, Layla Grimes, Ryan Scott Grimes, Ryleigh Grimes, Aiden Harding, and Meadow Joan Wilkinson, and another precious great-grandchild on the way. Her family finds comfort in knowing that her life was one of love, service, faith, and dedication. Though she will be deeply missed, Joan's memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who were blessed to know and love her.
