John Anderson, Jr., 89, of Ridgeway, Virginia, passed away Saturday, April 1, 2023, at Woltz Hospice Home, Dobson, North Carolina. He was born January 10, 1934, in New Jersey, to the late John Anderson, Sr. and Emily Burns Anderson. He was a self-employed contractor, enjoyed working on cars, and was an artist. He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Salome Anderson; daughters, Karen Anderson and Elizabeth Onslager; sons, Kenneth Anderson and John S. Anderson; two grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
