John Lawson

John Freeman Lawson, 54, of Bassett, Virginia, passed away on Friday, September 8, 2023. He was born on July 28, 1969, to the late Freeman H. Lawson and Elsie Mae Clark Littles. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandmother, Emma Clark

John enjoyed playing pool, campong, fishing, going to the lake, and spending time with his daughter and grandson, which was the loves of his life.

John is survived by daughter, Cassandra Lawson, grandson, Robert “Robbie” Paul Rymanski III; a sister, Rachel Kircher; a brother, Joey Littles; special cousin, Kathy Hodges; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

A celebration of life service will be held at later date.
