Judy Carol Handy

Judy Carol Handy, 63, of Patrick Springs, Virginia, passed away Monday, January 22, 2024. She was born August 1, 1960, in Henry County, to the late Bobby Nelious Hancock and Pearlina Agnes Adkins Hancock.She was also preceded in death by a brother, David Hancock; and, nephew, Josh Hancock.She was a graduate of Patrick County High School and was employed as a cook for The Landmark Center in Stuart, Virginia. Judy loved going to the beach, and spending time with her family. She especially enjoyed being with the “Kiddos”, and always had a big smile on her face.She is survived by her brothers, Jimmy Hancock, and Paul Hancock; stepmother, Betty Hancock; stepbrother, Michael Martin, and Corey Thompson; niece, Tonia Martin; nephew, Matthew Hancock; great-nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.All services will be private.Wright Funeral Service and Crematory is serving the family.
