Julia Faye Foster

Julia Faye Foster, 81 of Stuart, VA passed away on Monday, October 19, 2026 at her residence. She was born on March 20, 1945 in Jackson, TN to the late Walter Duncan Whitlock and Frances Marie Brannon Whitlock. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Randy Russell Foster.

She was a faithful member of Christian Faith Baptist Church.

Surviving is her daughters, Shawyna Swinehart (Jeff), Jennifer Evans, and Sandra Warner (Ben); son, Jerry Swinehart; sister, Kathy Seals (Terry); brother, Paul Whitlock (Oie); grandchildren, Mandy Wade (Michael), Taylor Washburn (Terry), Cori Evans, Christian Evans, and Bailey Evans; great-grandchildren, Meiah Wade, Paisley Higgs, Mayleigh Wade, Macie Wade, Everett Washburn, Malachi Wade, and Clayton Washburn. Also surviving is her bestie, Patti Lewis (Miller) and her fur babies, Gizmo and Spooky.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
