Kathleen Marie Rose West Harvey of Elliston, VA, age 77 In Loving Memory I have finally moved on to an even more beautiful place than this wondrous place we call earth. I can guarantee it.

A tragic car accident on July 11, 2026, happened while I was on my way to meet my cousin Louisa and her family, and on August 4, 2026, I finally arrived at my true home. It wasn't how any of us pictured this day, but I want you to know I didn't waste a moment getting to where I am now.

Your Happy-Kat is busy asking question after question, insisting on explanations of it all, and thanking Him for every wonder I encountered while wandering the earth. Reuniting with my parents George and Mary Carmelita West, my brother Karl Arthur West, and Bill Harvey, once my spouse, as well as our precious baby, are certainly top priorities for my new life.

I'll be spending time visiting with the pets I missed, catching up with "Midget" Aunt Kate, Aunt Margie, Uncle Harold, and a host of relatives who went before me. There's no doubt I'm excited and happy, probably skipping along, something I really missed doing these last years, as I join the choir singing praises to my God, no doubt out of tune, laughing and smiling with joy at being in His presence.

I leave behind my sister, Linda Ann West-Mottern, and her husband Tom; my special nephew Scott Mottern and his wife Sarah, and their children Andrew, Benjamin, Amelia Mottern, Mackenzie, and Victoria Hittle. My special pets Sunshine, Pretty Girl, and Cutie Pie. I also leave my special cousin Louisa Wagner, her husband Rich and their family, the Hauck cousins, and many friends.

Come join us as you celebrate the life I lived with you, and the one I'm enjoying today.
