Kay Washburn Boyd

Kay Washburn Boyd, 66, of Penhook, VA, passed away on May 9, 2024. She was born in Rocky Mount, VA to Curtis Washburn and Louise Motley Washburn, both surviving.

Kay is also survived by her loving husband, Samuel M. Boyd; sister, Debbie Haynes (Phillip); brothers, Jimmy Washburn (Dana), Leon Washburn (Regina), and Troy Washburn (Amy); step-son, Shane Boyd (Elizabeth); step-daughters, Shelly Boyd, and Sherry Lynch; and grandchildren, Lydia, Finn, and Caleb.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, May 19, 2024, at 3:00 pm, at Snow Creek Christian Church, located at 4970 Snow Creek Rd. Martinsville, VA. 24112.
