Keith Brian Gregory

Keith Brian Gregory, age 67 of Providence, North Carolina passed away Sunday, September 1, 2024 at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital. Mr. Gregory was born December 24, 1956 to the late Mildred Barbour Gregory and the late Jack Gregory. He was married to Darlene Ward Gregory, who survives of the residence.

He was a faithful member of Providence Baptist Church and proudly served his country in the US Navy. Before his retirement, he was a boiler operator at Dan River Mills. He enjoyed playing golf and was an avid Baltimore Orioles fan. He will always be remembered as a kind and loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend to everyone who knew him.

In addition to his beloved wife of the residence, he is also survived by his daughter, Stephanie Collins and husband Timothy; his son, Kenneth “Matthew” Lewis and his wife Stevie; grandchildren, Cory Lewis and Riley Lewis; step-grandchildren, Nik Brooks, Blake Collins, Marina Brooks, Savana Lair, Makayla Collins, Rayne Collins, and Baleigh Collins; his brother, Jackie Gregory and wife Barbara; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Gregory was also predeceased by two sisters, Codare Bullock and Rita Cook-Raynor, and one brother, Jimmy Gregory.

A funeral service will be held Saturday, September 7, 2024, 2:00 p.m. at Providence Baptist Church with Pastor Mitch Cifers officiating. Burial will follow the funeral in the church cemetery. A visitation will be held prior to the funeral from 12:30 until 1:45 p.m. At other times, the family will receive friends and family at the residence.
