Landon D. Gregory

Landon D. Gregory, 87, of Vinton, passed quietly and comfortably surrounded by family on Tuesday, July 9, 2024 at his home. He retired from Norfolk Southern Railroad after 37 years, and was a member of the NRHS where he served on the Board, and a member of the Crewe Lodge No. 123 AF & AM in Crewe, VA.

Landon is survived by his wife of 67 years, Sondra; one son, Landon D. (Butch) Gregory, Jr. and wife, Helen; two daughters, Michelle Binford and husband, Steve, Melissa Marable and husband, Matthew; 8 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and one sister, Mona Roberts.

A graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, July 12, 2024 at Mountain View Cemetery with the Rev. Dave Shumate officiating.
