Larry Bedford Snow

Larry Bedford Snow, 85, of Dobson, North Carolina passed away at his home, Sunday, June 29, 2025. Born May 11, 1940, to the late Robert Bedford and Zelma Cave Snow. Larry was a faithful member of Welcome View Baptist Church. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and brother. Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Mary Wimbley Snow; son, Larry Ray Snow; daughters and son-in-law, Faye Snow Martin and Mike, and Angelia Snow; grandchildren, Makayla Tharpe and Christian, and Tyler Tharpe; sister and brother-in-law, Sarah Holyfield and Leon; brother and sisters-in-law, Donald “Pete” Snow and Sandra, and Jane Snow; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, David Hooker and Carolyn, Bill Wimbley and Mary Lee, and Sammy Wimbley and Lucille; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Wade Snow; and brother-in-law, Bobby Wimbley. The family will receive friends Thursday evening, July 3, 2025, from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at Welcome View Baptist Church. A funeral service will be held Friday, July4, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Welcome View Baptist Church with Rev. Marty Reece, Rev. Tommy Shelton, and Rev. Leon Holyfield officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Moody-Davis Funeral Service in Dobson, NC is serving the Snow family.
