Leo Douglas Smith

Leo Douglas Smith, 84, of Radford, passed away on Thursday, April 23, 2026. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ira William, Sr. and Thelma Surface Smith; and his brother, Rev. Ira William Smith, Jr.

Survivors include his loving wife, Ozina Bilbrey Smith; daughter, Vickie Martin; granddaughter and her spouse, Hannah (Ethan) Martin Caldwell; sister and brother-in-law, Jane and J.R. Price; brothers and sisters-in-law, Earl (Gloria) Smith and Paul (Kim) Smith; adopted daughter, Brenda Arrington; and many other relatives and special friends.

The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford. Funeral services will begin at 11 a.m. with Pastor Mike Lawrence officiating. Interment will be held privately.
