Lillian Alls Allen

Lillian “Dill” Allen, 100, of Salem, went to be with the Lord, Sunday, April 2, 2023. She was preceded in death by her parents, Archie and Eva Alls; husband, George Allen; daughter, Patricia Hale; brothers, James Alls, Frank Alls, Ralph Alls, Maurice Alls, Lawrence Alls, and Alton Alls; sisters, Hellen Barker, and Loretta Caldwell.

Lillian is survived by son, Norman Allen and wife Carla; daughters, Beverly Brooks, Georgia Allen, and Danetta Allen; 15 grandchildren; over 70 great-and great-great grandchildren; brother, Reginald Alls; sister, Marjorie Wright and husband Keith.

Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m.on Wednesday, April 12, 2023 in Cedar Lawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 3 pm to 5 pm on Tuesday, April 11, 2023 at Simpson Funeral Home 5160 Peters Creek Road, Roanoke.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made in Lillian’s name to her church Salem Church of Christ 401 West Main Street Salem, Virginia 24153.
