Linda Pierce Davis

Linda Pierce Davis, age 76 of Chatham, Virginia passed away Wednesday, July 8, 2026 at Lynchburg General Hospital. Linda was born June 24, 1950 in Pittsylvania County to the late Mary Elizabeth Pruitt Pierce and the late Frank Edgar Pierce.

Linda attended Cornerstone Christian Church and retired from Ennis Business Forms in Chatham with 26 years of faithful service. Previous to working at Ennis, she worked as an inspector for Hampco Knitting Mill in Chatham.

She is survived by her beloved daughter, Cindy Davis Zuniga; her grandchildren, Christian, Adrianna, and Adrian; great-grandchildren, DeChristian Nara and Joseph Witcher; her life partner, Manuel Juarez; sisters, Sarah P. Adkins, Jewell P. Adkins, Sue P. Moser and Anna P. Sours; brothers, Samuel A. “Sammy” Pierce and Ralph Edgar Pierce; and many beloved nieces, nephews, and close friends.

In addition to her parents, she was also predeceased by her sisters, Janet P. Adkins, Joanne P. Dalton, Mildred P. Betterton.

A Celebration of Life Service honoring Linda will be held on Saturday, July 11, 2026, 11:00 a.m. at Norris Funeral Service, Chatham Chapel with Pastor Bob Paddock officiating. The family will greet friends and family following the Celebration of Life Service at the funeral home.
