Linford "Keith" Merchant

Linford “Keith” Merchant, born July 16, 1955, to Clark and Lillian Merchant, peacefully passed away on April 29, 2024. He leaves behind his devoted wife, Betty Merchant; his loyal four-legged companion, Annie Lynn; son, Nick Pinkard; daughter, Troy (Marco) Taylor of Collinsville, VA; cherished grandchildren; sister, Jennifer Sitler of Collinsville, VA, and numerous nieces and nephews.Keith dedicated over twenty-five years of his life as a loan officer at the Martinsville Dupont Credit Union, where his professionalism and kindness touched many lives. Beyond his professional accomplishments, he was an avid hunter and fisherman, finding solace and joy in the great outdoors.His legacy lives on through the memories shared by family and friends, and the lessons of love, dedication, and adventure he imparted to those he knew.
