Lisa Taylor Lambeth

Lisa Taylor Lambeth, 59, of Ridgeway, Virginia, was called to her heavenly home Friday, February 7, 2025. She was born January 30, 1966, in Martinsville, Virginia, to the late Otha Danial Taylor, Sr. and Mary Eileen Mann Taylor.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Donna Mann.

Lisa worked for many years in home health care as a caregiver and it was evident that she enjoyed caring for others. She also worked for years in the textile industry and the nylon industry. She led the startup of Nylstar as project manager. Lisa always lit up any room with her sunshine and sparkle. She was a beautiful, wonderful woman who was a friend to many people. She loved music and attending rock concerts.

She is survived by her loving husband of 38 years, Joseph “Joey” W. Lambeth, Jr.; son, Bryan Taylor (Julie); brothers, Roger Mann (Marie), Ronnie Taylor (Denise), Eddie Taylor (Debbie) Otha “Stumpy” Taylor, soon-to-be born granddaughter, Brylie Taylor; niece, Honey Simmons; nephews, Dusty Taylor, Eddie “ET” Taylor, Jared “Bucky” Mann, Josh Mann, Kevin Taylor, and Bobby Taylor.

The funeral will be held Friday, February 14, 2025, at 2:00 PM at Wright Funeral Service with Rev. A.C. Palmer officiating. Interment will follow at Taylor Family Cemetery at 3740 Martin Road, Ridgeway, Virginia. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
