She was born on January 12, 1939 in Bedford County. She is preceded in death by John Perry Bowles, an infant daughter, Donna Denise Bowles, sons, Reginald (Reggie) Perry Bowles and Eddie Stephen (Stevie) Bowles, son-in-law, Douglas Bonds, and brother-in-law, Ronald Gray.Surviving are her husband, William Lee Semones of Roanoke, Va, daughters, Pamela G. Bonds of Vinton, Va and Sandra R. Bowles of Nashville, Tn., and son, Michael Semones of Mufreesboro, Tn, sister Loretta S. Gray of Vinton, Va and brother Joe Spradlin (Joyce) of Goodview, Va. and daughter in-law, Pam Leftwich of Vinton, Va.Surviving grandchildren, Kevin Bonds (Jessica), Tonya Harris (George), and great grandchildren, Olivia Harris, McKenzie Harris and Grayson Harris.She retired from Elizabeth Arden after 30 years of service.There will be a Celebration of Life Monday, May 1, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Lotz Vinton Chapel. Burial will follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens.
