Margaret Millner

Mrs. Margaret Ann Watkins Millner, 81, of Martinsville, VA departed this life on Saturday, February 28, 2026 at her home.  She was born August 15, 1944 in Henry County, VA a daughter of the late Nathaniel and Ruth Draper Watkins.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Stephen Millner and one brother, Nathaniel Watkins, Jr.

She was the retired owner of Team Nurse and was a member of Fellowship Church of our Lord Jesus Christ where she served as church mother. 

Those left to cherish her life and legacy, include her husband, Jim M. Millner of the home; 2 sons, Elton Millner of Martinsville and and  Rev. Jeffrey Millner of Danville, VA; two sisters, Arnetta Burnett, of Martinsville, VA; and Catherine Carter, of Eden, NC; three brothers, Dwight (Becky), Albert (Bertha) and Carl (Rena') Watkins, all of Martinsville, VA; 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild, sister-in-law, Karen Watkins of Martinsville, VA.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 5, 2026 at 12:00 PM at Fellowship Church of our Lord Jesus Christ with Bishop Phillip Calloway, officiating.  Burial will follow at Fair Haven Memorial Park in Spencer, VA.  The family will receive friends at the church one half hour prior to the funeral and will be at the home at 250 Fellowship Drive, Martinsville, VA at other times.

A public viewing will be held Wednesday, March 4, 2026 from 1:00 to 5:00 PM at Hines Funeral Services.
