Mary Ellen Wooten, 72, of Eden, North Carolina, passed away Wednesday, July 31, 2024. She was born October 17, 1951, in Eden, North Carolina, to the late Otis Lester Biggs and Lelia Alma Sarver Biggs.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sister, Carol Biggs Craig, Martha Pike, and Linda Dickerson; brothers, Donald Lester Biggs and Walter Robert Biggs.Mary Ellen is survived by son, Joey Moore; brothers, David Biggs and Thomas Biggs; and two grandchildren.A memorial service will be held on Monday, August 5, 2024, from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Wright Funeral Service Chapel.Wright Funeral Service & Crematory is serving the family.
