Mary Mae Farmer Grimes, 100, of Salem passed away at Brookdale in Salem on January 9, 2024.
A native of Virginia she was the wife of the late Harvey N. Grimes and Herbert Farmer and Rose Florence Lawson Farmer, both deceased. She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Linda Williams. She was a member of CommUNITY Church. Mary enjoyed camping and traveling with her husband. She was an avid reader who also enjoyed her crossword puzzles.
Those left to cherish her memory are her grandson, Michael Church; son in law, Larry Williams; and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held in Sherwood Memorial Park on Saturday, January 13, 2024 at 1:00 pm.
