Mary "Patty" Patricia Totty

Mary Patricia “Patty” Totty, 70, of Monroe, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 15, 2025 at her residence.

Born on October 24, 1954 in Lynchburg, she was the daughter of Mary Davidson Tucker and the late Jere Lee Davidson, Sr.

Patty looked forward to spending time with her family at annual beach trips, specifically to the Outer Banks and Topsail Island. She was fierce in her beliefs and once her mind was made up, it was quite hard to change it. Patty was known for spoiling her family with delicious home-cooked meals.

She is survived by her husband, Carl E. Totty; her children, Stephen Totty (Heather), Stephanie Patterson (Brett), and Samantha Cubitt (Chad); grandchildren, Savannah Patterson, Ian Patterson, Craig Totty, Harrison Totty, Carleigh Cubitt, Rachel Cubitt, and Rebekah Cubitt; brother, Jere Lee Davidson, Jr.; sisters, Deborah Davidson, Sherry Tucker, and Melinda McConville.

A memorial service celebrating her life will be held on Wednesday, March 19, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. at Whitten Monelison Chapel.
