Matthew J. Fortune

Mr Matthew Fortune passed away Sunday April 2, 2023 after a brief illness. Matthew was born to Forrest and Janet Fortune, both deceased, in Fitchburg Mass. He had later moved to Henrico County Va, where he lived in the Hibbington and Houston homes run by Hopetree Family Services. He last lived in Salem Va, again within the Hopetree System. He is a former member of Boy Scout Explorers, a group for people with Downs Syndrome.
He is survived by a sister Jean Brown, brother in law Bob, niece Kelly, and nephew Johnathan of Texas, brother Philip, sister in law Sandra, and nieces Kiara and Kristina of North Carolina, and many other family members and friends all along the East Coast.
