Mrs. Annabelle Blevins Damewood

Annabelle Blevins Damewood, 86, of Roanoke passed away, Friday, March 31, 2023. She was a daughter of the late, Wiley Blevins and Ellen Powers Blevins. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, James “Jim” Damewood; brothers, Lonnie, James and Ray Blevins; baby brother, Larry Edward Blevins; sisters, Madeline Greer, Melissa Hale and Yvonne Steed; and special friend for many years, Linda.

Surviving are a daughter, Sarah E. Damewood Toner (Alan); son, Clayton Eric Damewood; sister, Zelma Miller; grandchildren, Christopher Toner, Matthew Hale and Cheyenne Hale; and her beloved nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

The family will receive friends Monday, April 3, 2023 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm, at Lotz Funeral Home, 1001 Franklin Road, Roanoke. A celebration of Annabelle’s life will be held at 1:00 pm, Tuesday, April 4, 2023 at Lotz Funeral Home with Pastor Brian Geiser officiating. Burial will follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens.
