Myra Linda Prather Williams Lyons

Myra Linda Prather Williams Lyons, age 81 of Daleville, passed away peacefully Friday, January 26, 2024.Linda was born December 22, 1942 in Goodview and was the daughter of the late William and Jennie Carroll Prather. She lived in the area all of her life. Linda graduated from Stewartsville High School in 1961, was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Roman Catholic Church and was a manager of Frank L. Moore Jewelers, retiring in 2005. She enjoyed the outdoors, her dog Josi, and gardening flowers and plants. Linda was a member of the Lions Club and was a recipient of the Melvin Jones Award.In addition to her parents, Linda was preceded in death by her husbands: Donald Lee Williams and John D. Lyons. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Donald Lee and Amy Williams; and grandson, Michael Taylor Williams.A graveside service celebrating her life will be 1:00 pm, Thursday February 1 at Sherwood Memorial Park, 1250 East Main Street, Salem with Fr.
