Norma "Monkey" Gillispie Reynolds

Norma “Monkey” Gillispie Reynolds, 79, of Roanoke passed away Monday, April 8, 2024. She was a daughter of the late Samuel Gillispie and Thelma. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Wallace Roger Reynolds; and a sister, Martha Reed.Surviving are her children, Belinda Williams (Doug) and Dean Reynolds (Shila); special sister-in-law, Kathy Ulrich (BJ); sister and brother, Gail Hudson and Bobby Gillispie (Bonnie); special granddaughter, Amber Mullins (Justin); grandchildren, Lauren and McCoy; great-granddaughter, Ashlyn Rogers; boyfriend, Gary Simmons; numerous other family and friends.The family would like to thank Kelly, Delray, Peaches(aka, Bananas) for all the care they gave to Norma at Star City Nursing Home and Rehab.A celebration of Norma’s life will be held at 1:00 pm, Monday, April 15, 2024 with Pastor Glenn Stevens officiating.
