Pamela Denise Lawson
Pamela Denise Lawson, 49, of Martinsville, Virginia passed away Monday, September 16, 2024, at Martinsville Health and Rehabilitation. She was born December 27, 1974, in Roanoke, Virginia, to the late Cecil Coleman and Ocie Coleman. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband John Lawson, as well as numerous brothers and sisters.
Pamela was a member of Henry Fork Community Church; she was a warm and loving individual who treasured time spent with family and friends. She took great joy in helping to raise and spending time with her nieces and nephews, as well as her siblings, great-nieces and great-nephews. With a heart full of compassion, she was always ready to welcome and support family and friends in need.
She is survived by daughter, Cassandra Lawson; son, James Lawson; grandchild, Robert Paul Rymanski III; sisters, Carol Martin (Dale), and Teresa Eble (Timothy); brothers, Robert Coleman (Sharon), Ronald Coleman, Arland Coleman, Kenneth Coleman (Cindy); and a host of nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
A celebration of life will be held Saturday, September 21, 2024, at 12:00 PM at Henry Fork Community Church with Pastor Ronald Coleman officiating. A burial will be determined at a later date.
The family would like to give special thanks to her dedicated caretaker at Martinsville Health and Rehab, Autumn Lawson, as well as the staff at Mountain Valley Hospice Care Team.
