Patrick John McGee

Patrick John McGee, 72, of Roanoke passed away Friday, May 24, 2024. He was a son of the late Paul John McGee and Edith Elizabeth St.Clair McGee. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Sherry Peregory McGee and his niece, Kristin Peters.

Surviving are his son, Paul John “P.J.” McGee; sisters and brothers, Rose (Gary) Peters, Joan McGee, Martin (Pam) McGee and Paul McGee; nieces and nephews, Keeley Peters, Beth Carlin, Stewart Peters and Daniel McGee; his friends, Johnny and Sunday; several other family and friends.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Good Samaritan Hospice, 2408 Electric Road, Roanoke, Va. 24018 or Special Olympics Virginia, 1100 South Main Street, Suite B, Blacksburg, Virginia 24060.

A celebration of Patrick’s life will be held at 11:00 am, Monday, June 3, 2024 at Lotz Funeral Home, 1001 Franklin Road, Roanoke, Virginia with Pastor Michael Peters officiating. Burial will be private.
