Patsy Ann Eanes

Patsy Ann Myers Eanes, age 80, of Rocky Mount, Virginia passed away Tuesday, October 13, 2026, at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital, Roanoke, VA. Mrs. Eanes was born July 25, 1946, in Halifax County, VA to the late Louise Scott and the late Bob Scott. She was married to the late Jimmy Eanes.

A devoted homemaker all her adult life, Mrs. Eanes will be remembered for her Christian faith and the love she had for her family. Her greatest joys came from the love shared with her husband, children and grandchildren.

She is survived by her daughter, Mary Ann Propps of Danville, VA, her sons, Billy Eanes of Callands, Allen Eanes of Ringgold, VA, and James Eanes of Providence, NC. In addition, she is survived by four grandchildren, Timmy Eanes, Andrew Eanes, Gail Eanes and Jamie Eanes.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by a daughter, Eva Louise Reynolds.

Graveside services will be held on Thursday, October 15, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at the Eanes Family Cemetery, 1054 Mountain View Drive, Callands, VA, officiated by Pastor Palmer Lowery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., prior to the graveside service, also at the Eanes Family Cemetery.
