Penny Dawn White Foley

Penny Dawn White Foley, 62, of Stuart, Virginia passed away Friday, August 14, 2026, at Roanoke Memorial Hospital.

She was born in Patrick County, Virginia on February 25, 1964, to the late Delmar Davis Keith and Vivian Conner Keith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Phillip Keith and sister-in-law, Gail Keith; her foster parents, Sherman and Lessie Lyon; her nephew, Jason Keith, all of Stuart, Virginia. Penny worked for VF Knitwear for several years.

She is survived by one son, Cameron White of Richmond, Virginia; sister, Pixie Johnson (Anthony) of Stuart, Virginia; two nieces, Kimberly Keith McIntyre and Amanda Johnson of Stuart, Virginia; one nephew, Todd Anthony Johnson (Melanie) of Stuart, Virginia; several nieces and nephews, and one great great niece.

A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
