He was born on May 29,1925 to the late Johan Antonius Kuper and Petronella Mansvelt Kuper. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Maria Mayke VanGulick Kuper, and all of his 3 brothers, John, Theo, and Gerald Kuper, and 5 sisters, Joke Kuper Hoelen, Elly Kuper Van lerlant, Riet Kuper Crusio, Meece Kuper Van Bladel, Vicky Goosen.
